Chocolate Brownies

For 4 people | Preparation: 20 minutes | Cooking: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 250g dark chocolate
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 150g butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 60 g of sifted flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over very low heat and then break the chocolate in a bowl
  • Melt slowly in a water bath
  • Dip a brush in the melted butter and brush your cake pan
  • Preheat oven thermostat 6 (180 °)
  • Mix the melted chocolate with the butter. Off the heat, add the powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and the beaten eggs with a pinch of salt
  • Finally, add the flour
  • Pour into pan and bake for 15 minutes
  • Let stand 5 minutes in the oven off
  • Let to cool for about 1/2 hour, then refrigerate at least 2 hours
  • Turn out the cake and cut into individual shares
