Chocolate Galette

For 6 people | Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking: 20 minutes


  • 2 puffy pastries
  • ½ baking chocolate bar
  • 1 packet of powdered almonds
  • 10 cl liquid cream
  • cooking butter
  • 1 egg yolk


  • Drop on the baking plate, 1 of the 2 puffy pastries with its baking parchment
  • Melt the baking chocolate in a bowl with a piece of butter in the microwave
  • Add to this preparation, the cream and almonds
  • Pour the mixture over the dough, leaving at least 1,5 cm to each side
  • Brush the pastry edge using a brush and egg yolk
  • Drop the other pastry, above the first, in order to cover the preparation
  • Brush the top of the cake with the remaining egg yolk and melted butter
  • Bake at 180 ° C (gas mark 6) for 20 min
