Raw ham rolls

For 6 people | Preparation: 20 minutes


  • 6 thin slices of raw ham
  • 90g fresh goat cheese
  • 90 g of whipped Nature cheese
  • chopped chives
  • Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. of cumin seeds


  • In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese, whipped cheese, 3/4 of the chives, ¾ of cumin seeds
  • Spread the ham slices on work surface, spread over cheese mixture
  • Roll the slices and arrange them in a dish
  • Sprinkle with pepper, the remaining chives and cumin seeds
